Notification Relay

Receives push payloads from Loops server instances, authenticates them, and dispatches notifications to APNs and FCM — keeping delivery fast and credential management centralized.

Health Check

A lightweight status endpoint used by monitoring and upstream Loops instances to verify the relay is reachable and processing requests.
